We OFFER:
Students Support with Project Based Learning. We come in and facilate learning cycles. We offer 1 day, 3 day, series based on your needs. You pick the standards or unit and we help your studnets bring it to life. The Anything Project transforms the traditional classroom into a collaborative lab where students become Explorers of Self. We guide students through interactive protocols and hands-on activities to help them explore their core values, identify their unique strengths, and define their essential role in a connected learning community. The dialogue is Socratic and engaging; activities are relevant, hands-on, and fun! Students discover that self-awareness is a skill, developed through trial and error, with patience and imagination. This experience is designed to intentionally create the belonging cues necessary for every student, especially those from historically underserved groups, to confidently claim their space in the classroom.
Professional Learning for educators. We offer both in person and virtual or a combination package. For staff, The Anything Project offers asset-based professional learning based on evidence-based practices for creating equitable and inclusive classrooms. We challenge the notion of a neutral teacher, offering research-informed tools for faculty to intentionally align their identity and values with their teaching practice. Educators will engage with reflective protocols, including the "Teaching Alignment Mapping," to audit their observable teaching choices and strengthen instructional coherence. This session offers practical, immediate, and small-scale adjustments to pedagogy that demonstrably enhance student persistence and learning by fostering stronger, inclusive learning communities
